Membership Info
Requirements for Members:
- It's recommended you're from New England, or at least attend an event or 2 per year. But you don't HAVE to if you're interested in being a member.
- Manners and limited (if any)profanity on the forums, we all slip sometimes.
- No using this site for personal information about other cosplayers(stalking)
- Relating to 3 - don't feed the ducks.
- Have a little patience while the site expands and improves.
To Sign-Up:
Submit the following information by email to: NewEnglandKosplayOrganization@gmail.com
- Desired SN of choice.
- Your location(be kinda specific, but not down to the street and address!)
- Cosplaying since what year
- Any other links which represent you as a cosplayer (i.e. cosplay.com, cosplaylab, ACP, ACE, personal site, etc...) NOTE: Please do not submit sites like myspace, facebook, etc...unless specifically relateded to your cosplay. All links are checked and if they are not cosplay/con related they will not be posted.
- One 100x100 icon and one 480x640 pic that represents you.
( For the larger pic please include the character (series), and if possible: where the photo (i.e. what con/event) was taken and the photographer.)
Events
Requirements for Event Submission :
Submit the following information by email to: NewEnglandKosplayOrganization@gmail.com
- It needs to be a New England event
- Name of the Event
- Day of the Week, Date, and Time of the Event
- Location of the Event
- Thread/web link (if available)
- Other Vital Details
- Optional: A brief description of the Event
Event & Convention Photographs
Requirements for Pictures:
Submit the following information by email to: NewEnglandKosplayOrganization@gmail.com
- Maximum Size= 640x480/150 kb (we've got limited space on the server), include a photobucket link/site with the picture-info if you REALLY want ppl to see full quality of a good shot!
- We are currently limited to 5 pictures per con/event (again because we've got limited space on the server)
- It may take TIME to clear the pic and get it online, but not crazy amount of days and/or weeks.
- If an event, include some great representative pics! We could always use a little help getting some perfect representative images of an event or convention.
- Ensure PG13 at max! We're NOT allowing 18+ pictures on this site, or anything familiar. If that represents you and your cosplay, you should really be elsewhere.
- NOTE: Please include the event/con the picture was taken at, the photographer, the names/screen names of the people in the picture (if known), and characters/series being cosplayed (if known.)
NOTE: Please Read Before Sumbmission of Any and All Photos
We take both the rights of photographers and the United States copywrite code very seriously. Please ensure that you have authorization from the photographer prior to submitting any photo.
